VIDEO: Dolphins' Joe Philbin Speaks Out On Bullying Scandal Report

We're finally hearing from Dolphins head coach Joe Philbin on the team's bullying scandal.
Philbin taking the podium at the NFL's scouting combine in Indianapolis saying the behavior outlined in Ted Well's report is "inappropriate and unacceptable" He says the behavior needs to be corrected and fixed.'
He says the work environment will change and that he is ultimately responsible for locker room behavior.
This after the team fires both Offensive Line Coach Jim Turner and Head trainer Kevin O'Neill.
