Miley Cyrus To Ban Twerking On "Bangerz" Tour
Sources are telling "The Mirror" that the star wants the focus of her concerts to be her music -- not the dance craze she had a major hand in popularizing last year. Miley reportedly told her label that she doesn't want twerking to "define" her. She says she feels "her raw talent has been overshadowed and wants to put it right." The 21-year-old has also been tweeting photos from dress rehearsals, previewing a handful of her revealing stage costumes.
In an interview with "Fuse" magazine, Miley said that she feels her "Bangerz" show will be "educational for kids," particularly ones from small towns who aren't exposed to art and are "taught to look at things so black and white." The tour kicks off on Friday in Vancouver.
