Maroon 5 to release new album 'V' in September
Maroon 5 is readying new music. The group announced Monday that its fifth studio album -- titled V -- is set to arrive on September 2nd.
The album will mark Maroon 5's new move to Interscope Records. It also marks the return of keyboardist Jesse Carmichael, who took a break during 2012's Overexposed.
Frontman Adam Levine, who is keeping busy this week with the finale of "The Voice," is expected to hit the stage himself soon.
The group says they signed another deal with concert promoters LiveNation to map out a world tour. Fans can also look forward to new tour dates and a new single in the coming months.
