Man Charged $5,001 For Putting Urine In Co-Worker's Coffee!
On Mach 2009, Michael Utz was making his morning coffee when noticed something strange inside his pot. After he approached a supervisor who told him to get the "coffee" tested, it showed it had urine AND feces.
It turns out that James Carroll Butler, one of Utz's co-workers decided to "spike" his drink. Butler collected urine from a toilet using a soda can to put into Utz's coffee. Now Butler has to pay $5,000 in damages and an extra dollar for compensatory damages.
