Lindsay Lohan reveals miscarriage in 'Lindsay' finale

(Yahoo!) - Lindsay Lohan's reality series seemed like more of the same — chronic lateness, high-maintenance behavior — but as we learned on Sunday's finale, there was more going on behind the scenes.

In the final moments of Sunday's two-hour finale, the 27-year-old revealed that she suffered a miscarriage while filming the OWN docu-series.

"No one knows this, and we can finish after this, I had a miscarriage for the two weeks that I took off," the drama plagued former child star said.

After pausing, she added, "It's a very long story," offering no details as to identity of the father or how far along in her pregnancy she was.

The chain-smoking star referenced a previous episode when she wouldn't let the production crew up to her Manhattan apartment to shoot, leaving them standing on the street below for hours before a negotiation was finally made.

"On the show when it says, 'She doesn't want to come down. She doesn't want to come down,' I couldn't move. I was sick. And mentally that messes with you," she said.

News of the miscarriage followed another big headline — her list of alleged sex partners, including Justin Timberlake, Orlando Bloom, and James Franco, which was leaked to a tabloid earlier this year. As she previously touched on while appearing on "Watch What Happens: Live," the list was part of her treatment at the Betty Ford Center. She spoke more about it during Sunday's finale.

"It's step number five or step number eight," Lohan said, referencing the 12 steps followed by Alcoholics Anonymous. "It's your sexual inventory. … You write that for your sponsor."

She went on to explain how she thought it ended up in a tabloid. While moving out of the Beverly Hills Hotel before returning to New York, someone who assisted in the move found it, photographed it, and sold it to In Touch magazine. She wouldn't identify the person in her inner circle who betrayed her.

"Pretty sure I know who it is, unfortunately. They're not a part of my life at all anymore. They might be on the show at some point, but they're not [in my life]," she said.

And she said she felt bad for the men — many of them famous — who were named in the list.

"I don't care about me in that situation. I care about the people that are involved with other people because it's really unfortunate and disrespectful," she said. "The fact that that happened was not only humiliating, but just mean. It was mean-spirited for someone to do that. That is a desperate human being and I hope they find some peace. Because anyone that's willing to do that to someone else is really f--ked up in the head. And I don't want that in my life."
