Are Jennifer Lopez and Ja Rule reuniting for a new song?
In her current quest to climb back to the top of the charts by reviving her old Jenny From The Block persona, Jennifer Lopez may have just worked with Ja Rule again.
While the collaboration isn’t officially confirmed yet, both Ja Rule and producer Danja strongly hinted at it on social media this week.
What'll y'all think about another @jlo collab???

The last JLo and Ja Rule worked together was way back in 2001 for the “I’m Real” and “Ain’t It Funny” remixes — both of which hit No. 1 on the Hot 100.
Since then, Jenny’s had some career highs and lows, while Ja’s just had lows. He spent two years in prison between 2011 and 2013, and his last studio album reached No. 197 on the Billboard 200.
Still, you can’t deny that Jenny and Ja had some serious chemistry back in the day, and as contrived as a new collabo between the two would be, it could still be hot — even if just for the nostalgia alone.
Ja Rule aside, JLo’s new album is also set to feature basically every working rapper and R&B singer in the business today, including: Robin Thicke, Big Sean, Maxwell, French Montana, Wiz Khalifa, Tyga, and possibly Future. Chris Brown also penned some songs for the set, but won’t feature as a vocalist.
None of the singles lifted from Lopez’s new album have done anything on the charts yet, so I’d say that this whole Jenny From The Block 2.0 thing isn’t really working for her so far, but we’ll see what happens.
