Beyonce Named Highest-Earning Female In Pop Music
"Love On Top?" More like WOMAN on top!
Beyonce is dominating pop music -- and getting paid for it. The superstar is topping the latest Forbes list ranking the highest-earning females musicians. The magazine's estimates reveal that the Queen Bey made $115,000,000 between 2013 and 2014, pointing to earnings from endorsement deals with giants like Pepsi and H&M as well as her "Mrs. Carter Show" and "On The Run" tours.
Runner-up on the list is Taylor Swift, who Forbes says is having her best year yet, earning $64,000,000.
P!nk's massive "The Truth About Love" world tour is paying off, giving her third place with $52,000,000. Rihanna and Katy Perry round out the top five with $48,000,000 and $40,000,000 respectively.
New albums and tours from Miley Cyrus and Lady Gaga earned them 36 and 33-million over the past year. Celine Dion and Britney Spears scored spots in the top ten as well, with the help of their lucrative residencies in Las Vegas.
